Duchess Angel
Angel is a 10-year old Chihuahua who hails from Boulder, Colorado. Born in Texas and adopted from the Boulder Valley Humane Society at approximately 2 months of age, Angel is true to the spirit of her birth name. With a sweet demeanor and uncanny ability to continually provide love, healing, calm, and laughter, she is tender and caring in all that she is and does. Yet, don’t let her name fool you, for her adopted parents once thought of naming her “Jersey”, given that she has the spunk of a “Jersey girl” and has the daredevil, adventurous spirit common among many who live in Colorado. Angel has a sister, Anahata, (also a Chihuahua) and loves to be considered the Queen Bee” of the household. This is her 4th year walking in Barkus and her first as a duchess. She is honored to participate and walk the red carpet with her canine community.
