Duchess Princess Royale My’iah

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Princess Royale My’iah, best known as Princess, Pin, or Pinny.
Princess was a 15-year-old apple head Chihuahua who could steal your heart and your food if it was close enough. The saying “tiny but mighty” summed her up perfectly. She was the sweetest and sassiest gal around town. Princess was the beloved daughter of Adam and Alyse Guidroz, whose love for the city of New Orleans and The Mystic Krewe of Barkus was as big as her personality.
Princess spent most of her days at a down-the-bayou flower shop, where her main roles included greeting customers, making people smile, calling the shots, and offering comfort to those going through a ruff time. She proudly held the titles of head manager and Employee of the Year for quite some time, with no intention of passing them on.
After a “hard day’s work,” you could find her relaxing on her heating pad, awaiting banana shares with her Momma, one of her absolute favorite pastimes. Princess was a devoted member of The Mystic Krewe of Barkus for eleven years and served as a Duchess on the Royal Court for five years. Barkus was her and her pawrents’ favorite event to attend as a family.
FOREVER HAIL DUCHESS PRINCESS MY’IAH.
