Introducing 2026 Barkus Earl, Chief Sittin Bull

Chief is a five-year-old AKC-registered flashy reverse brindle Boxer with a striking black mask and white socks. He is the son of Allyson and Cedric Patin of New Orleans. Chief is mild-mannered with a trustworthy temperament, people-oriented, and exceptionally good with children.
Even though Boxers are working-class dogs, Chief also brings the sporting side of the breed to life every Monday morning as he takes on an 18-hole golf course in record time, exercising all the ducks and geese without missing a single swim across any pond.
Chief is extremely competitive, excelling in events such as AKC-sanctioned BCAT and CAA Fast CAT competitions. He has earned titles in both, highlighting his speed and athleticism and ranking him among the top 10 fastest Boxers in the United States as a three-year-old.

His namesake, Chief Sitting Bull, a great Native American leader, once said, “Let’s put our minds together and see what we can make for our children."
